Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 24 August 2026. These terms govern use of the So.Ga website and, together with the terms shown at purchase, services relating to events, applications, products and tickets.
1. Operator
SG-GROUP — SOUTHERN-GARDASEE, Via S. Francesco 21, 37060 Lugagnano di Sona (VR), Italy, VAT IT05057150236, company registration no. 467109, info@southern-gardasee.com.
2. Website use
You may use the site for personal and lawful purposes. You must not compromise security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, abusively scrape content, or use protected images, marks or materials without permission.
3. Events and applications
Dates, programmes and availability may change for organisational or safety reasons or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control. Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee admission; each car is assessed for the relevant edition. Visitors and participants must follow published rules, staff instructions and applicable law.
4. Tickets
Once sales open, price, validity, access conditions, restrictions, refund terms and tax information will be shown before payment. An order is complete only after confirmation. Tickets must not be duplicated, altered or resold contrary to the stated conditions. Postponements and cancellations are handled under applicable law and the terms for that edition.
5. Products, delivery and returns
Product images are prepared carefully, but appearance may vary by screen. Prices, availability and specifications may change. Shipping costs, taxes and applicable charges are shown before purchase. Delivery times are estimates. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Goods must be unused and returned with tags and original packaging. Contact info@southern-gardasee.com before returning an item.
6. Intellectual property and external services
So.Ga logos, marks, photographs, video, text and design belong to So.Ga or their respective owners. External services, including the e-commerce platform, may apply their own terms to the services they operate.
7. Liability, law and changes
The service is maintained with care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Italian law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in the country of residence. Changes take effect when published here.
