Personal data processing notice
Last updated: 24 August 2026. This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use the So.Ga website, store, vehicle-application app and, when available, ticketing service.

2. Data we process
We may process identification and contact details; enquiry data; vehicle details and photographs submitted through the app; account data; shipping and billing addresses; order, return and ticket information; communications; and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and cookie preferences. Full payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored directly on this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing and securing the site and remembering technical preferences: legitimate interests and service necessity;
- handling applications, enquiries, orders, shipping, returns and tickets: pre-contractual measures or contract performance;
- meeting administrative, tax and legal duties: legal obligation;
- promotional communications and non-essential analytics or marketing: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Sources and recipients
Data may come directly from you, be collected through your use of the services, or be received from providers acting for us. Where necessary, it may be shared with hosting and technical providers, Shopify for e-commerce functions, payment providers, carriers, ticketing and application platforms, professional advisers and public authorities.
5. International transfers and retention
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard is used. Data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose; contractual and tax records are kept for the period required by law, and consent-based data until consent is withdrawn unless another lawful ground applies.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact info@southern-gardasee.com. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
7. Children, security and updates
The services are not intended to knowingly collect children’s data. We use technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to risk, although no system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be published here with a revised update date.
